One of Greg’s close high school friends, Chris Lamb has been with CrimsonCup since September of 1991. Chris has held many positions with the company, but is best know for his role as Roast Master.
Chris, along with Armando, and Greg developed CrimsonCup’s signature coffee, Armando’s Blend ™ - through seven months of on-going blending and roasting trials. Although mainly self-taught, to learn the basics of roasting, Chris attended a course from The New York Training Institute on roasting and blending coffee. He is also a Certified Brewing Technician through the Specialty Coffee Association of America.
In his current role, Chris oversees the roasting process and acts as member of the Customer Success Team by helping customers ensure their locations are structured in the most efficient way.
