– SALES POSITIONS –

 

SALES MANAGER
Columbus, OH

The Crimson Cup Coffee Sales Manager is responsible for achieving and exceeding business development and customer growth goals and objectives through establishing, implementing, and managing Business Development and Customer Growth plans. Upon successful completion of the hiring process, clear metrics will be developed and implemented for this new leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for company sales and achieving results as stated in the business plan by his/her own work and by sales through others.
  • Drive sales by time spent with direct reports in the field.
  • Directly recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate a sales team of exceptional ability to ensure consistent achievement and over achievement of sales goals.
  • Maintain a high level of drive, innovation, commitment, morale, customer service, and teamwork among all employees in the company.
  • Closely monitor industry trends, regularly secure market intelligence, and maintain professional contact with industry innovators and knowledge sources to ensure that company can quickly respond to changing customer needs.
  • Represent the company as required in its relations with industry, market, financial, government, professional, and other company related groups.

 Qualifications:

  • Holds a 4-year college degree in marketing, business or related
  • Has a minimum 10 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in food industry
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
  • Successful sales experience calling on Food Service Companies/National Accounts/Key Accounts
  • Excellent listener who focuses on the speaker and listens for spoken and unspoken needs
  • Team player and Team Leader, knows how to develop others through effective mentoring and coaching
  • Can sell and teach Value Selling
  • Innovative and creative thinker with sound business judgement
  • Capacity to analyze business operations and assist in devising effective strategic plans for company growth and optimization of profitability
  • Appreciation for and enjoyment of products sold by company

SALES LEADER, Business & Industry

The Crimson Cup Coffee  Sales leader for Business & Industry is responsible for achieving and exceeding business development goals for the Business & Industry Market Segment.  Upon successful completion of the hiring process, clear metrics will be developed and implemented for this new leader.

    • Overall responsibility for Business & Industry Market Segment sales objectives.
    • Close new business while creating positive long-term relationships with Business and Industry clients.
    • Utilize Netsuite ERP system for maximizing sales functions and individual performance.
    • Develop and implement Crimson Cup’s planning tool – Focus on Results Process
    • Maintain a high level of drive, innovation, commitment, morale, customer service, and teamwork among all employees in the company.
    • Closely monitor industry trends, regularly secure market intelligence, and maintain professional contact with industry innovators and knowledge sources to ensure that company can quickly respond to changing customer needs.
    • Analyze results in areas of responsibility and take corrective action as required.
    • Represent the company as required in its relations with industry, market, financial, government, professional, and other company related groups.

COFFEE HOUSE MANAGER
Tallmadge, OH

The Crimson Cup Coffee House manager oversees all processes and procedures within the four walls to create a WOW experience for everyone who enters the coffee house every time. This leader works d to meet and exceed all coffee house sales goals. They will hire and direct necessary training for existing and new staff and lead by example to coach the staff every day. The manager will create connections with customers, vendors and the coffee house crew to build strong community goodwill. Maintaining cleanliness, making sure all products are top-quality and relevant to the demanded menu mix and controlling labor and COGS are essentials for this role. The coffee house manager will review sales daily to share opportunities with the coffee house staff to maintain all sales goals. They must live the company culture through leadership at all levels at the coffee house.

COFFEE HOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER
Tallmadge, OH

The Assistant Manager contributes to Crimson Cup’s success by assisting the Manager in executing store sales and operational objectives. This position assists in supervising a team of Cuppers to create and maintain WOW customer experience. This leader works to assist the manager in meeting and exceeding all coffee house sales & profitability goals. They will assist in hiring and all necessary training as well as placing orders for the store and maintaining inventory.  This position reports to the Coffee House Manager.

 Qualifications:                                                                                                     

  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience in the retail, hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Specialty Coffee Lover
  • Approachable and timely with all forms of communications
  • Ability to resolve concerns from customers and associates
  • Math, accounting, and computer knowledge
  • Basic computer and interpersonal skills
  • Achievement Oriented
  • Pre-employment drug test/background check

 Responsibilities: 

  • Be knowledgeable about all coffee, tea and drink preparation
  • Lead team in delivering WOW customer experience for everyone who enters the coffee house, every time, and in being enthusiastic about specialty coffee & tea
  • Assist in Hiring, Training, and coaching coffee house staff to achieve outstanding customer service and sales & profitability objectives
  • Constantly review store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
  • Demonstrates understanding of store financials and focusses team to increase store sales and operational efficiencies
  • Supports Manager in implementing company programs by working directly with the shift team to execute action plans that meet sales, operational, and organizational objectives

Description:
The Barista contributes to Crimson Cup’s success by assisting the Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Supervisor to achieve a WOW customer experience for everyone who enters the coffee house every time through efficient service, quality beverages and products, and a clean environment.This position reports to the Coffee House Manager.
