Coffee Review’s blind assessment of Organic Bali Kintamani Natural included, “Intensely sweet and fruit-toned. Brown sugar, dark chocolate, strawberry, hazelnut, a hint of mint in aroma and cup. The Bourbon and Typica varietals predominant in Organic Bali Kintamani Natural grow beneath tangerine, orange and other shade trees at elevations of 4,200 to 5,500 feet atop a large volcanic plateau. Bali prohibits use of pesticides, and all fertilizers are 100 percent organic. The coffee is naturally dry processed, meaning coffee beans are dried inside the coffee cherries instead of being removed from the fruit before processing. We lightly roast the beans to preserve their origin flavors.
