Specialty Coffee
CrimsonCup only buys, roasts, and packages class 1 Specialty Grade coffee beans. These beans represent the top 5% of harvested coffee. Try this at home,
compare our whole been coffee to leading brands and look for these key differences: broken beans, inconsistent shape and size, smaller bean size.
All these flaws represent a lower grade and less flavorful coffee.

Blending
Blending specialty coffee is equivalent to how a master chef blends ingredients to create memorable cuisine. A perfect example of this
blending process took place in 1992 when CrimsonCup created Armando's Blend. This process, which included three coffee experts
(Armando, Greg, and Chris), lasted seven months to create a blend that is worthy of the title 'The World's Best Coffee'.
Freshness
Freshness is the timeline from roasting to brewing. The quicker the timeline, the better the taste. Since CrimsonCup roasts and packages on demand, we deliver the freshest coffee possible. In addition, our packaging keeps the dangers to coffee (heat, light, and air) away from the coffee bean. Try this at home, smell the powerful aroma of CrimsonCup coffee vs. our competitors. Fresh coffee helps make The World's Best Coffee.
Water
Coffee is 98% water. Warning: technical information to follow - CrimsonCup ensures our retail outlets have a filtration system that maintains the total dissolved solids at 1,150 ppm to 1,350 ppm. For non techies, use cold filtered water and not distilled water.
Brewing
To brew The World's Best Coffee, use two heaping tablespoons for every 6 ounces of water in a drip coffee brewer. Our coffee retail outlets use 3.75 ounces of coffee to 64 ounces of water to ensure a full and flavorful coffee. The coffee grind also plays a crucial role, a burr grinder delivers the best grind.
