REGIONAL COFFEE HOUSE MANAGER

This leader is responsible for the P&L accuracy at the coffee houses and works with the coffee house management teams to meet and exceed all coffee house sales metrics. The regional manager will direct all coffee house sales goals, training goals and overall customer experience goals and establishes a protocol for evaluating achievements. They will drive the menu mix offerings and will innovate and pilot new products to drive sales. This person will manage all vendor contracts and vendor negotiations to control COGS at all locations. Flexibility and an all-hands-on-deck approach are a must for this role. Working alongside cuppers in the coffee house is an expected leadership method for this position.

They must live the company culture through leadership at all levels. This position reports to the Founder and President of Crimson Cup.

STORE MANAGER

We currently have shops in Clintonville, Upper Arlington, Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Tallmadge, Ohio, and are preparing for more retail expansion later in 2019. The Store Manager oversees all processes and procedures within the four walls of the coffee house and works to develop community partnerships to grow the business. This leader works to meet and exceed sales, labor and COGs goals. They will be responsible for hiring and training new employees as well as the continued development of existing employees. The manager will create connections with customers, vendors, and the coffee house team to build strong community goodwill. The Store Manager leads by example by maintaining cleanliness and must ensure all products are top-quality and consistent with Crimson Cup’s standards of operation. This leader manages invoices, expenses, labor and scheduling, and ordering product. The Store Manager will review sales and labor daily to share opportunities with the coffee house team and prepares sales reports to maintain all sales goals. They must live the company culture through leadership in all aspects at the coffee house.
This position reports to the Regional Manager of Retail Operations.

SHIFT SUPERVISOR

The Shift Supervisor contributes to Crimson Cup’s success by assisting the Manager and Assistant Manager in supervising the store and staff during scheduled shifts, training baristas, and helping to achieve sales goals. This position must also ensure a WOW experience for everyone who enters the coffee house. This position reports to the Store Manager.

The Barista contributes to Crimson Cup’s success by assisting the Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Supervisor to achieve a WOW customer experience for everyone who enters the coffee house every time through efficient service, quality beverages and products, and a clean environment.This position reports to the Coffee House Manager.
