Introducing Our Hopped Holiday Nitro Cold Brew, Seasonal Craft Coffee Cocktail

Seasonal craft coffee cocktail at Crimson Cup Coffee HouseWe’re ringing in the season with two craft coffee cold brews. Hopped Holiday Nitro and Seasonal Craft Coffee Cocktail are available for a limited time exclusively at our Crimson Cup Coffee Houses in Clintonville and Upper Arlington.

We developed these cold brew coffee drinks especially for the holidays. They showcase the flavors of two of our favorite craft coffees, along with seasonal holiday flavors such as orange peel, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.

To create Hopped Holiday Nitro, our coffee team begins by cold-brewing our exclusive Jorge’s Pick coffee from Guatemala. Purchased through our Friend2Farmer direct trade program, the coffee has strong notes of milk chocolate, orange peel, and caramel.

“We take the cold brew and dry hop it with the addition of holiday spices such as nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon,” said Brandon Bir, who handles our coffee buying and training. “We then finish the brew with an infusion of sweet orange and tangerine peel. Nitrogenized and poured from our taps, it displays a creamy head with many notes of the season.”

Our Seasonal Craft Coffee Cocktail begins with Ethiopian Guji Nitro as the base.

“This coffee has tons of tangerine and spice notes to compliment the house-made syrup made with cinnamon and nutmeg,” said drink creator Brandon. “We shake the nitro coffee and syrup with half-and-half to create a creamy beverage, and then dust the top with freshly ground whole nutmeg to finish off this holiday treat.”

Columbus coffee lovers can experience Hopped Holiday Nitro and Seasonal Coffee Cocktails, while supplies last, at our Crimson Cup Coffee Houses at 4541 North High Street in Clintonville and 2468 Northwest Boulevard in Upper Arlington. Enjoy!
