Celebrating Success: 18 Coffee Shops Mark April Anniversaries
April 29, 2025 (Published: April 29, 2025)

At Crimson Cup, nothing makes us prouder than celebrating the success of our independent coffee shop customers. This April, we are thrilled to recognize 18 incredible shops — from Ohio to Montana — as they celebrate anniversaries ranging from two to 25 years in business.
Each anniversary is a milestone that reflects the hard work and heart of the owners and their teams. It also showcases the strength of our 7 Steps to Success program, the proven roadmap we designed to help coffee entrepreneurs turn their dreams into reality.
“Congratulations to these incredible coffee shops for marking another year of growth,” said Greg Ubert, Founder and President. “Their success is our success, and we’re honored to be part of their journey.”

The Power of the 7 Steps to Success
At Crimson Cup, we believe opening and operating a coffee shop should be exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we created our 7 Steps to Success consulting program – a comprehensive support system that helps independent owners confidently navigate every aspect of the coffee business.
From selecting the right location and crafting a winning coffee shop business plan to choosing equipment, training staff, and building a loyal customer base, we are by their side to ensure every partner’s vision becomes a thriving, profitable business.
“Our 7 Steps program simplifies the complexities of running a successful coffee shop,” Ubert said. “It is about equipping entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and support they need so they can focus on doing what they love — serving amazing coffee and creating meaningful connections.”
Scaling Dreams: from Single Shops to Multi-Store Success

Some of the shops celebrating anniversaries this April have grown into multi-store operations, showing just how scalable and flexible the 7 Steps model can be. Congratulations to:
