We’re excited to announce that the Ohio Grocers Association has presented its prestigious Associate of the Year Award to Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea!

“We are both honored and humbled to receive this award,” said Jeremy Moore, who leads Crimson Cup’s Specialty Retail team. “It is our pleasure to work with the Ohio Grocers Association in supporting our state’s thriving food industry.”

Given annually since 2014 to an OGA associate member, the Associate Award recognizes creativity, merchandising, innovation, human resources, community relations and overall successful operation of an OGA Associate Member. The OGA Board voted to bestow the award on Crimson Cup after we were nominated by a member.

“Our grocery consulting services to Ohio specialty retailers take a frank, honest look at each business, analyze trends, and then provide suggestions for improving coffee selection and profitability,” Moore said. “We’re proud to help grocers make more money, gain new customers and enhance their reputation.”

To further our training mission, we developed the Crimson Cup Innovation Lab near Bexley. In 2018, the Innovation Lab won certification as a Premier Training Campus from the Specialty Coffee Association. As the only Premier Training Campus in Ohio, the Innovation Lab offers a calibrated environment to teach coffee classes within SCA standards and protocols.
