This cozy Kennesaw, Georgia, coffee spot is stepping into the spotlight as a key filming location for the heartwarming holiday movie Festival of Trees.
Set your DVRs (or grab your popcorn) because Festival of Trees premieres on UPtv on November 24 at 7:00 p.m. EST, just in time to kick off the season of giving.
Coffee Cups Full of Holiday Cheer ☕
Owned by dynamic duo Bob and Susan Milani, Lazy Labrador hosted several scenes in the film. With its welcoming atmosphere, Labrador-inspired decor, and handcrafted coffee, it’s no wonder the filmmakers chose this charming location!
Nestled in Kennesaw’s Historic District, the large Victorian-era building offers the perfect place to grab coffee and unwind. Known for its spacious indoor seating and inviting outdoor spaces (complete with rocking chairs, picnic areas, and even a bocce court), it’s no surprise that both locals and visitors love this unique coffee house. It’s a true community gem.
Embracing the movie’s message of generosity, they’re giving back in a big way. From November 24 to December 24, Lazy Labrador will donate $1 to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for every Snowcoccino sold. Wondering what a Snowcoccino is? It’s a festive peppermint mocha that’s sure to warm your heart – and your hands – this holiday season.
“We’re thrilled to see our coffeehouse featured in such a meaningful holiday story,” Susan said.
Bob added, “We’re equally honored to support Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta through our Snowcoccino fundraiser and give back to the community that has given us so much.”

Meet the filmmakers and cast at Q&A sessions during screenings at Studio Movie Grill locations in Atlanta. Proceeds from these events benefit Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Hero Tree Auction:
Two stunning “hero trees,” decorated by the talented Festival of Trees producers, will be displayed and auctioned at the Georgia Festival of Trees (November 23–December 1) at the Georgia World Congress Center. These trees embody the spirit of generosity and are a fantastic way to share the season’s joy.
